Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at allora1market@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For general returns (where the item is not faulty), items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are your responsibility.
